1. SUBJECT SCOPE
These Regulations apply to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Online Store, unless individual provisions of the Regulations indicate otherwise and do not apply exclusively to one of these groups.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Regulations are available on the website www.reformmepolska.pl at all times, in a way that allows each user to download, reproduce and save them (e.g. by printing or saving them on a data carrier).
The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations is

This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
We comply with all applicable personal data protection rules.
Providing personal data is voluntary. The data subject has the right to access, correct, and update it.
The customer consents to the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed in the online store.
Use of the website and store services must be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, principles of social coexistence, and respect for the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights. Posting illegal content is prohibited.
Use of the website includes any action by the user aimed at familiarizing themselves with its content.
Promotions available in the online store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.

GLOSSARY
Customer – a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, who has concluded or intends to conclude a sales contract.

Amount due to the Seller – the sum including the price of the product and transport costs.
Consumer Rights Act – Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws, item 827, as amended).
Working day – a day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Contact form – an interactive form enabling customers to contact the store.
Order form – an interactive form on the website that allows you to place an order (add a product to the basket and specify the terms of the contract).
Product – a movable item available in the store that is the subject of a sales contract.
Distance contract – a contract concluded between the seller and the customer without their simultaneous physical presence, using means of distance communication.
Sales contract – a contract concluded between the customer and the seller in the form of a distance contract.
Electronic service – a service provided electronically via a website.
Order – a customer’s declaration of intent submitted via the order form in order to conclude a sales contract, specifying, among other things, the type and quantity of the product, the method of delivery and the form of payment.

Payment method – the method of payment chosen by the customer for the order.
3. CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT
The sales contract is concluded when the customer places an order using the order form available in the online store.
The product price is listed in Polish zloty and includes all taxes. Information about the total price, including shipping costs, is provided to the customer when placing the order.
The conclusion of the sales contract takes place after the seller confirms the acceptance of the order for execution, which takes place by sending an e-mail to the customer confirming the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the contract.
The content of the sales contract is recorded and secured in the store's IT system and available to the customer on the store's website and in the e-mail confirmation.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
The maximum time for preparing an order for shipment is 1 to 2 business days, unless a shorter period is specified in the product description or when placing the order. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
Delivery time should be added to the preparation time, which is 6 to 9 business days.
The consumer receives notification of shipment along with a tracking number. Each shipment is registered.
In the event of non-delivery of the parcel, the customer should report this fact no later than 30 days from the date of shipment of the parcel.
Delivery is carried out via courier companies: InPost, DPD, DHL and Poczta Polska.
5. PAYMENTS
Product delivery is carried out in Poland and European countries.
The Customer may pay for the order by transfer to the Seller's account via TPay, Stripe or Paypal, BLIK, Klarna.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
A consumer concluding a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any additional costs. It is sufficient to submit the declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.
After contacting customer service, the customer will receive a sample withdrawal form. The product must be returned undamaged, and the completed form must be included with the return, along with a statement of the reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or a person designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product. In the case of an order consisting of multiple items, the period begins on receipt of the last shipment.
For regular delivery contracts, the deadline is calculated from the date of receipt of the first product. For other types of contracts, the deadline is calculated from the date the contract is concluded.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it is deemed not to have been concluded.
Once a contract has been effectively withdrawn, it is deemed void. The seller is obligated to refund all payments received no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used by the consumer.
The consumer should return the product immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, with the date of shipment being decisive.
The return declaration can be sent electronically using the form available on the website.
The cost of returning the product to the seller is borne by the customer.
7. Complaint procedure
Complaints can be submitted electronically by sending an e-mail to the following address: reformmepolska@op.pl within 14 days of their occurrence.
If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the contract, the consumer has the right to demand their repair or replacement.
The Seller undertakes to replace the product with a defect-free one within a reasonable time and without undue inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose of its purchase. The Seller is responsible for any costs associated with the replacement, including shipping and labor.
Complaints will be reviewed based on a description of the discrepancy and photographic documentation provided by the customer. If the situation so requires, the seller will collect the goods from the customer at its own expense.
The consumer is not responsible for any costs incurred for normal use of the goods that have been subsequently replaced. In the event of a request for a price reduction, the amount due will be refunded no later than 14 days after such request is made.
The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract is immaterial, which is presumed to be material. If the lack of conformity concerns only part of the delivered goods, the consumer may withdraw from the contract only with respect to those goods, and also with respect to other related goods if they cannot be expected to retain them.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall immediately return the goods and the seller shall refund the amount due no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods or confirmation of their shipment.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase, unless the customer consents to a different method, at no additional cost. Website malfunctions can be reported via email.
Customers also have the right to submit complaints regarding services provided electronically. The complaint should include contact information and a detailed description of the problem, along with its justification.
The time for considering a complaint is a maximum of 14 days.
Complaints regarding payments should be directed to the institutions responsible for their processing. The right to complain and withdraw from the contract does not apply to entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes if the purchase is for a professional purpose.
8. EVALUATION OF THE SELLER AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
The customer can leave an opinion about the order and the product itself using the form available on the website. www.reformmepolska.pl
These reviews are public and available to other users, but only verified customers, i.e. those who have made a purchase and confirmed their email address, can post them.
Comments are automatically moderated to eliminate content that is vulgar, illegal or violates generally accepted norms.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
By providing data, the client consents to their processing for the proper provision of services.
The data should be updated by the customer in his user account.
The customer may additionally consent to receiving commercial information electronically. The seller is the controller of personal data.
Every customer has the right to access their data, as well as to correct, supplement or delete it in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
The website is a work protected by copyright and all rights therein belong to the seller.
The content posted on the website, including texts, photos and graphics, is the intellectual property of the seller or its partners and may not be copied, modified or distributed without prior written consent.
10. CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
Information about planned changes will appear on the website no later than 14 days before they come into effect.
Customers will be informed about changes through the publication of a consolidated text and an indication of the modified provisions.
Changes may be made at any time, especially for technical, legal or organisational reasons.
Using the services after the changes are made constitutes acceptance of them. The new version of the terms and conditions takes effect 14 days after their publication.
The changes do not affect the implementation of services ordered before their entry into force.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Regulations are made available to customers free of charge in a manner enabling them to be downloaded, saved and played.
The document is available in the "Regulations" tab on the website.
Communication between the parties takes place electronically.
The Regulations come into force upon their publication.
If any of its provisions proves invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the Customer is a consumer and the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Customer, the Customer may use:
a) an application for resolution of the dispute to the permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection with a request to resolve the dispute,
b) an application to initiate mediation proceedings to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection (more information on the website of the inspector competent for the place of business activity),
c) free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (e.g., the Consumer Federation, the Association of Polish Consumers).
